Quality Truss, LLC began operations in May, 2002.   We saw the need for a plant that catered to the customer.  The vision was for a truss plant where customer service and the quality of the product was the focus of the operation.  To use an old saying, we wanted to start a company that focused on quality and not quantity.

 

Once that dream became a reality, the real work began.  The demand for this type of truss plant was apparent from the beginning.  Production hit the ground running in late May, 2002.  The first trusses were built and delivered before we even had a chance to install all of the equipment that had been bought.  Deliveries were made with our personal vehicles.  From the very beginning, the focus has always been to do whatever it takes to make sure that our customers always receive quality products accompanied by outstanding service.

 

As the company grew, we expanded our production capabilities. We increased our delivery capacity and our sales force. 

 

 Our location in Ruston, Louisiana allows us to service a market that stretches from South Arkansas to South Louisiana with ease.  This was one of the major factors when deciding where to begin operations way back in 2002 and continues to be the case today.

 

To say that the company was started on a shoestring budget would be an overstatement.  However, through the hard work and determination of everyone associated with Quality Truss, it has continued to grow and prosper over the last decade.

 

Today, Quality Truss offers more than just roof and floor truss systems. We have expanded to offer custom specialty timber trusses, engineered products such as wall panels, and QualityTrim trimmable-end floor trusses. But our company is about more than just expanding our product line. Beyond the outstanding quality of our products, we offer outstanding customer service.
